Biyu is a dating app exclusively for adults (18 years and older). The safety and well-being of our users is our top priority. We implement strict measures to ensure a safe, respectful, and caring environment.

Biyu is strictly reserved for people aged 18 and over. We enforce the following measures:

• Date of birth verification during registration — anyone under 18 is automatically denied access.
• Immediate removal of any account identified as belonging to a minor.
• Reporting to relevant authorities of any content or suspicious behavior involving minors.

Content moderation

Our moderation team ensures compliance with community guidelines:

• All profile photos are reviewed — only authentic and appropriate photos representing the user are allowed.
• Sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, religious, or political content is strictly prohibited.
• Abusive behavior, harassment, and scam attempts result in permanent account ban.
• Reports are processed within 24 hours by our moderation team.

Reporting system

Biyu offers several ways to report inappropriate behavior:

• Report button available on every profile and in every conversation, allowing users to describe the issue encountered.
• Reporting via email to <strong>contact@biyu.one</strong> for urgent situations or those requiring special attention.
• Each report is reviewed within 24 hours. Appropriate measures are taken promptly, up to and including permanent ban.

Code of conduct

All Biyu users agree to comply with the following rules:

• Respectful and kind interactions — any form of harassment, insult, or threat is prohibited.
• Recent and authentic photos only — misleading, stolen, or non-representative photos will result in account removal.
• Zero tolerance for harassment, stalking, or any threatening behavior.
• Never share sensitive personal information (address, bank details, etc.) with other users.
• Any illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material, is immediately removed and reported to authorities.

Personal data protection

Biyu complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect data necessary for the operation of the service and never share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
