Is Biyu free?
Yes: creating your profile, liking, matching and chatting are free. Premium adds unlimited likes, likes received, profile visits, all photos, advanced filters and invisible mode.
How do likes work?
You have 10 likes a day. When the person likes you back, it's a match and you can chat. No endless swiping: take the time to discover each profile.
How can I contact other members?
Like a member's profile and if it's mutual, you get a match. You can then chat freely through the built-in messaging.
I have children, can I sign up?
Biyu is exclusively for singles without children who don't want any. Every member accepts a charter when signing up, and profiles are checked by our team and automated tools.
How do I delete my Biyu account?
In Me, then "Delete my account". Your data is deleted and you no longer appear on the platform.
Is Biyu available on mobile?
Yes: the Biyu app is on the App Store and Google Play, and the website also works on your phone. Your account is the same everywhere.
How do you fight fake profiles?
Our moderation is very active. Automated tools review profiles at sign-up and regularly after that: photos taken from the Internet, nudity, contact details in the bio, inconsistent information. A doubtful profile is removed from discovery while our team checks it, and every report is handled by a person. No system is perfect: if a profile looks fake to you, report it from its page.
